Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or change my order? Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed or shipped.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

No. For approved returns, Dcorie provides a prepaid return label, and we do not charge any restocking fees.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
