1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Dcorie ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Monday – Friday).

  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

    • Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends/public holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden fees; the price you see is the price you pay.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with major, reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is automatically selected based on the delivery destination and the size of your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s portal.

6. Taxes & Currency

  • Currency: All prices on our website are listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).

  • Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your delivery address.

7. Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before finalizing your purchase. Dcorie is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the shipping phase or has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to make modifications.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage for our records.
